Bike Course

(56 miles)

The 56-mile bike will leave Lincoln Woods and head to the northwestern part of Rhode Island utilizing some of the state’s popular bike routes. The course offers a scenic ride along quiet farm roads, passing many small ponds and reservoirs.

    Amica Ironman 70.3 Rhode Island is set in Providence, Rhode Island. The course utilizes a variety of Providence's scenic areas and downtown Providence. The journey ends with a finish line celebration near The State House.
